SAN (New Urban Area Association)
SAN is an intermunicipal cooperation body within the New Town.
At the administrative level, SAN defines New Town planning policy
in the light of what individual municipalities require in the
development field. Its territory-wide competences extend to
intermunicipal town planning, service networks, new roads and
development of the economy and the transport system.

SATIN (Territorial Planning Studies Group for the Northern
Isère)
SATIN is the core of an enormous programme of studies and expert
assessments in the fields of finance and taxation, transport
and mobility, public facilities and urban area services. SATIN
was a signatory to the local "city planning contract",
along with the five municipalities of over 5000 inhabitants,
the State, the Rhône-Alpes Region, the Isère département,
investors and social welfare organisations.
