The EPIDA board of directors :
· 5 representatives of the State
· 1 qualified representative appointed by the Minister
for Roads, Transport and Housing
· 2 representatives of the Rhône-Alpes Region
· 2 representatives of the Isère département
· 2 representatives of the Lyon Urban Community
· 8 representatives of Isle d'Abeau's New Urban Area
Association (SAN)
· 2 EPIDA staff representatives.
Board members are appointed for a renewable period of three
years.
The committee :
· President: Michel Bacconnier, Mayor of St-Quentin
Fallavier and SAN representative
· First Vice-President: Jacky COTTET
· Second Vice-President: Maurice Pierrel, SAN vice-president,
representing SAN
· Members: Armand Bonnamy, representing the Rhône-Alpes
Regional Council and André Colomb-Bouvard, representing
the Isère Departmental Council.
The Director-General is appointed by the Minister for Roads,
Transport and Housing.
