In the course of 2002 significant operational advances were
noted for many projects:
· The Chesnes International Business Park in St-Quentin
Fallavier and Satolas-and-Bonce
· The Technology Park at Vaulx Milieu and Villefontaine,
with the first steps towards redevelopment of the Le Couvent
quarry at Villefontaine
· The Les Sayes Regional Shopping Complex in Isle d'Abeau
· Housing in Trois Vallons, Fondbonnière and
Pierre Louve in Isle d'Abeau, together with Quincias Sud and
Polican Chané in Villefontaine
· The La Maladière Business Park in Bourgoin-Jallieu
· The La Cruizille Business Park in Villefontaine
· The continuation of restoration and redevelopment
work for SAN in the areas of Servenoble and Les Roches in
Villefontaine and the beginning of studies on the area of
Central Saint Bonnet in Villefontaine and the Triforium in
Isle d'Abeau.
Property commitments made in previous years regarding business
premises, offices, retail outlets and housing were satisfactorily
honoured, and were reflected in the anticipated rise in turnover.
There was a strong increase in development spending, notably
regarding works costs, and an overall profit.
